Cancellation Policy

The reservation experts at Tour Limo Coach (TLC) go out of their way with every booking to ensure the client receives the exact vehicle he or she desires on a specific date for an exact pickup time. This kind of precise scheduling requires us to request a little help from our clients We understand that sometimes plans change and it may be necessary to cancel your reservation.

Please note: Tour Limo Coach requires a 24-hour notice from any client who wishes to cancel a reservation for two hours of service or less, regardless of vehicle type, to avoid billing. Tour Limo Coach requires a 48-hour notice from any client who wishes to cancel a reservation for more than two hours of service, regardless of vehicle type to avoid billing. Any cancellation that occurs with less than 24 hours before the reservation for up to two hours of service or less than 48 hours before the reservation for more than two hours of service will be charged the full booking amount. We want our clients to have a good time and enjoy our services to the fullest but we do expect them to adhere to a short list of rules of conduct to guarantee the safety of all parties:

  • Any damage to the vehicle or any excessive soiling caused by spills will incur a $250 clean-up fee. The clean-up fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file for the trip.
  • No smoking of any kind is allowed inside Tour Limo Coach’s vehicles.
  • No alcohol is allowed in the vehicle if any riders are under the age of 21.
  • Our professional drivers are expected to deliver outstanding customer service to every client. Tour Limo Coaches ask that clients please treat their drivers with respect. Our drivers reserve the right to end service if passengers display gross inebriation or misconduct during the ride.
